Description & Applications: Borneol dextro natural is refined from camphor oil rich in borneol, borneol laevo natural is isolated from essential oil steam distilled from blumea balsamifera leaves, both dextro and leavo bornel contain no isoborneol and they are mainly used in medicine. Borneol synthetic is produced from alpha pinene, it is a mixture mainly composed of borneol and isoborneol, synthetic borneol is very cost effective comparing to natural ones and it is mainly used in daily chemicals, medicine, flavors and fragrances.
