施工参考ConstructionReference：

1、表面处理：钢铁表面须彻底 除油、除锈，表面清理应达到TB/T1527标准中规定的要求。

Surfacepreparation: Oil,rust on the steel surfaces should be thoroughly removed, and should meet thestandard of TB/T1527.

2、前道漆膜必须干燥，无油污、灰尘。

Front of filmmust be dry, without oil, and dust.

3、配比Ratio

漆：固化剂：稀释剂=7：1:（0-0.5）

Main paint：Curing agent：thinner=7:1:（0-0.5）

4、施工方法Constructionmethod：

先将固化剂与漆按比例混合，充分搅拌均匀，熟化0.5h后即可开始使用，必要时可加入稀释H-1调整粘度。Curing agent andthe paint will be mixed in proportion firstly, and then full uniform mixing andripening 0.5h, you can start using. If necessary, H-1 can be added to adjustthe viscosity of dilute

Packings are provided with applicable safety labels whichshould be observed. In addition, national or local regulations should befollowed. As a general rule, inhalation of solvent vapours or paint mist, andcontact of liquid paint with skin and eyes, should be avoided. Forcedventilation should be provided when applying paint in confined spaces orstagnant air. Even when ventilation is provided, respiratory, skin and eyeprotection are always recommended when spraying paint.
