一、设备简介Machinery description

1.1．袋式电池极板自动生产线包括两台彼此独立、镜像对称安装的包粉机、一台承料（小条存储）工作台、一台压纹剪切机、一台极板输送线。

1.3．极板生产流程：下钢带架→下钢带成型→一次填粉料→压粉→二次填粉料（→刮料板）→上钢带架→上下钢带合并→导向→挽口→压边→弯曲（→清粉）→挤口→切断→承料（小条存储）工作台（9M）→拼条→压纹（→清粉）→切断→极板承接输送。

2. 电源：AC220V、单相、电压波动小于±10%;

3. 相对湿度:30-55%HR;

4. 环境洁净度不低于10万级；

5. 现场无腐蚀气体、液体、爆炸性气体。
