环冷机是烧结系统工程中主要设备之一。用于冷却经破碎后的烧结物料，其物料粒度一般不超过150mm。环冷机具有占地面积小、设备紧凑、整体利用率高、成本低等特点。

环冷机主要由设备本体、传动装置、回转体部分、支撑辊、侧挡辊、压轨、机架（包括走台及检修平台）,风箱、风箱下电动双层卸灰阀、卸料区罩子等组成。传动装置为双传动装置，设计中保证两侧设备同步运转；传运装置设置速度检测装置，便于生产调整控制；设置辅助驱动装置，以便在设备发生故障时使环冷机低速运转以保护设备；环冷机适应露天无厂房的工作环境。Detailed introduction of the product:Annular Cooleris one of the main equipment in sintering systems project. Annular Cooler mainly comprises equipment enclosure, transmission equipment , rotary body part, back-up roller, side block roller, pressure rail, frame (including walking platform and maintenance platform), the bellows, electric double-layer discharge ash valve that is under the bellows, unloading area covers etc. The transmission device is a double transmission device, during the design must ensure that the two sides equipments can operate synchronously; the transmission equipment is installed with the speed detection device to facilitate the modifying and controlling of the production. The transmission equipment is installed with the auxiliary drivers to make the AnnularCooler in low-speed operation when the equipment breakdown so as to protect the equipment; the AnnularCooler can adapt to the open-air working environment without workshop.
