The tundish prous upper nozzle with embedded argon channels is developed ,Injected argon is delivered to the seat area via the channels and puff away through the pores to reduce clogging ,and reliable flow control obtained. By optimizing the pore size and refractory composition, we provide tundish porous upper nozzle with properties of excellent erosion resistance and anti-clogging.
