EVA(Air COOling) Granulation and Sampling 一、概述

该机专用于EVA、TPR（或色母）材料的造粒打样，组合相同规格的小密炼机或开炼机，亦可作小批量生产，减少了用大功率机组作打样造粒的大量能源损耗。机组根据各种材质不稳定的挤出特性，对主机机筒、螺杆作出特殊设计：加热装置、冷却水系循环装置，结合一套高灵敏度的温度测控电路，能准确控制温度，有效的避免了几种塑胶材料在挤了过程中的发泡和色差产生，使产品具有粒度均匀，观感好，质量上乘，机组运行性能稳定、能耗低、生产效率高、结构紧凑。是各造粒厂作打样造粒的理想设备。

This granule line is special for granulating and sampling for EVA,TPR orcolour master batch material.lt also can be used in small production when assorted with same specificantion kneader and mixing mill,reducing the large energy consumption when using high-power units to produce granulation and modeling .
