一、概述

该机组是我公司近年来投入生产的专用“EVA”（乙稀-醋酸乙稀共聚物）造粒设备，与同规格密炼机、开炼机相组合后，集塑炼、挤出造粒、冷却、筛选、成品包装于一体，构成一条完整的生产流水线。机组根据“EVA”材质在温度不稳定的挤出环境下容易发泡的特性，对主机机筒螺杆结构作出特殊设计，加热系统、循环水冷却系统结合一套灵敏度高的温度测控电路，能精确控制挤出温度，有效的避免了“EVA”材质在挤出过程中的发泡和色差的产生，使成品具有粒度均匀、观感好、质量上乘，机组采用变频调速技术，节省能源，产量可控；运行性能稳定、生产效率高，广泛用于EVA鞋材或其它工业用EVA材料造粒。

This granule line is the harvest by the special input of research workers these years. When with the same specification kneader and mixing mill, they form a complete assembly line, which consists of plasticizing, extrusion, granulizing, cooling, filtration and packing. In order to keep away from the typical characteristic of EVA material that it is easy of foaming if the temperature is not stable, we make some special design on the structure of the screw on the mainframe machine, also we have made the temperature detecting and controlling wire with the combination of heating system and also water circulation system, to precisely control the extruder temperature, to avoid of the foaming and color difference of EVA material in extruding and to make finished granules even in appearance. This granule line is stable in operation with high efficiency and the granules of which is widely used as EVA shoe material and in other industries.
