淋膜挤出机构特点:

独特设计的BM型高产阻隔性螺杆，混合效果卓越的B-Mixing(阻隔型混合段)，实现更高的混炼性、更大的挤出量。

T型模具可调节内腔式调节装置，可将两边颈缩宽度与厚度降至，加长外模唇提高了成品膜取向的一致性，同时降低了模头的膨胀，提高了产品横向厚度均匀性。

根据产加工品特性，可选的机筒铸铁加热系统、铸铝加热系统、电磁加热系统。

直联式挤出驱动电机减低了挤出机构的震动，利于挤出熔帘的稳定。

大孔径过滤网减少了停机换网时间，提高生产效率。
