Tips for Best Results

1、It is not suitable to transfer the dark garments and ceramic ..

不要转印黑色服装和陶瓷

2、It can be used to transfer 100% polyester fabric,coating ceramic,iron plant and wood.

只能转印100%化纤面料和涂层陶瓷、铁板、木头。

3、Do keep the surface of the object clear

转印前保持物体表面干净。

4、Do not operate with the laser printer and the printer in pigment ink,like HPand CANNON printer。

不要使用激光打印机和颜料墨的喷墨打印机操作。

5、 It must use the sublimation ink。

必须使用热升华墨水（热转印墨水）打印。

6、The best transferring time is10---15minutes after printing。

打印完毕后转印的效果是稍等10—15分钟转印。

Commercial Heat Transter Application

1、 Set the heat transfer press to190°c-210°C and allow it to cometo set point

设定烫画机的时间为180-210摄氏度

2、While transferring the fibric,put down the heat press,wait for 40 seconds,andopen the heat press.But while transfering the mug,use 160 degress,30-40seconds.

压下烫画机等待40秒钟抬起机器（转印化纤面料时间），转印杯子160度30-40秒。

3、 peel the paper immediately.Be careful the paper may be hot.

请把上面的隔离纸撕掉。

建议2：

a、调节合适的色彩浓度：在电脑中调整色彩的浓度，避免出现墨水过多不易干的情况，调整之后需要检查一下热转印效果。

b 、调节合适的热压温度和时间： 热转印的温度范围约180-230℃，时间约10-30秒，在正式批量转印前应该先做小试决定工艺参数；

c、热转印时热压面必需紧贴：在热转印时热压面、热转印纸、承印物表面必需紧贴，不能有空隙，否则会出现转印图文模糊现象。
