Microchip全新原装PICKIT3(PG164130)脱机编程仿真器下载

PICKIT3的特点：1)PICkit 3速度会更快，PICkit 3的主芯片是PIC24，速度稍比Pickit2有所提升，USB还是Full12M；

2)扩大脱机下载空间（512Kbytes），PICkit 2（128Kbytes）,实现Microchip单片机的脱机烧写；

3)提供更准确的参考电压源，增加电压范围（1.8-5V VDD；1.8-14V VPP），PICkit 2（2.5-5V VDD）；

4)支持的芯片系列更多，目前PICkit 3已经支持PIC16F193X以及PIC32；PICkit 2后续不会支持PIC32的调试；
