设备简介

叶轮转动时，在竖筒和导流管内产生涡流形成负压，将空气吸入与导入的矿浆，在叶轮和定子的作用下分布在浮选槽中，上浮由刮板刮出，此浮选机自动吸气，不能自动吸矿浆，工作期间需要阶梯式搭配(300-400mm)，可与SF型浮选机组合作业，SF型为吸入槽，JJF为直流槽。

特点：耗电量低、吸气量大、循环量大、颗粒悬浮好、停车不用放矿、选别粒度范围广回收率高。

Equipment Introduction

When the impeller is revolving, there is vortex in the column and nozzle. The negative pressure in the vortex inhales air to mix with the pulp. Mineral bubbles float to the forth section and be scraped out to be forth product. This flotation machine can self-inhalation, cannot pulp sucked and required height difference 300-400mm between flotation groups. It can be combined with SF flotation cells to be group, SF is sucked cell and JJF is direct cell.

Characteristic：Energy conservation,heavy air inhalation, large recycled pulp, solid particle flotation well, no need to discharge ore in stopping, wide particle size processing and high concentration recovery.
