工业清洗剂

一、 概述

本品系多种表面活性剂和防锈剂以及多种助剂所组成，为浅黄色粘稠液体，易溶解于水、不燃烧、无毒、无不良气味、对皮肤无刺激、耐碱、低泡沫，具有一定的防锈性，PH值为8-9。有良好的乳化力、润湿力、去油污力等性能。经使用证明质量稳定，清洗性能优异，是一种代替汽油、柴油、煤油和丙酮、三氯乙烯等一种有效产品。使用它不仅简化了操作工艺，改善了劳动保护条件，防止火灾、中毒等事故，而且还提高了清洗质量，降低了成本，因此深受用户的欢迎。

Ⅰ、General Introduction

This product is a light-yellow thick liquid consisting of a number of surfactants, rust preventer and several aid agents. It is easy to dissolve in water, incombustible, toxicity-free, without harmful odour. It does not stimalate your skin, is a alkali resistant low foam liquid with certain rust preventing ability. It has a ph value of 8 to 9, possesses good emulsifying ability, impregnability and good deoiling performance. Proven in practical use, it is an effective product with steady quality, excellent cleaning ability, can be widely used to replace gasoline, kerosene, acetone and trieline. Using this product can simplify cleaning operation, improve labour protection, prevent fire disaster and poisoning accident, also enhance cleaning quality and reduce cost. It is a product that has been well received by the users.

二、 使用说明

1、 清洗范围：金属、橡塑、混凝土表面沾染之油污。

2、 清洗温度：如欲加速清洗，可将清冼液温度提高到60-100℃，一般多为80-90℃。

3、 使用浓度：视油污轻重程度，用水5-10倍稀释。

4、 清洗方式：浸渍、压力冲洗或超声波装置。

5、 应用工艺范围：半成品工序或成品清洗前洗。

6、 使用周期：视清洗而言，一般为一星期左右。

II.Application

1. cleaning scope: oily or greasy dirt contaminated on the surface of metal, rubber, plactics or cement.

2. Cleaning temperature: for quick cleaning, heat the cleaning liquid to a temperature of 60 to 100℃, generally, 80 to 90℃

3. Density: to be diluted with wafer of 5 to 10 times in volume depending on the degree of pollution.

4. Cleaning method: impregnating, pressure flushing or ultrasonic cleaning.

5. Applicable process: semi-finished product process or pre-washing process of finished products.

6. Effective period: generally, about one week, depending on the cleaning intensity.

四、 注意事项

1、 如果用它清洗铜制品，应于其清洗液中加入适量的苯骈三氮唑，一般为千分之一。

2、 用本品清洗成品时，清洗后工件一般要用温水漂洗及脱水（烘干或煤油、汽油脱水）之，才能涂油包装。

IV. Points for Attention

1. If this product is to be used in cleaning copper products, suitable amount of ben2otria3ole should be added into the cleaning liquid, usually, one per thousand in volume is recommended.

2. When this product is used in cleaning finished products, after the workpiece cleaned, it should be resined with warm fresh water and then dewatered by means of drying, or by using kerosene or gasoline before it is oil-coated and packaged.
