无线对刀器描述：

．无线与运动控制系统连接，无任何连接线

．无线传输距离15米

．具有2级告警输出：当刀具压下对刀器往下移动，达到对刀点的时候，对刀器将对刀信号无线传输到运动控制卡，运动控制卡马上停止机床移动，达到对刀目的；如果机床没有停止移动，刀具继续移动，达到对刀器第2级告警，那么对刀器将第2级告警信号传输给机床，出发机床的Z轴退刀点，迫使机床刀具回到Z轴退刀点，保护刀具

更换电池：用十字螺丝刀把对刀器底盖拆下来，然后更换电池，再安装上对刀器底盖。

六.使用功能描述（FeaturesDescription）对刀器指示灯名称功能描述 工作状态指示灯

Working Status Indicator

当把对刀器电源开关打开；

如果对刀器工作正常：该指示灯常亮；该指示灯灭，则对刀器工作不正常，建议先排除故障，再使用

工作指示灯不亮：检查对刀器接收器是否安装在电脑上

对刀器工作正常，必须要保证工作指示灯常亮

Light does not work: Check the receiver is installed on your computer

告警指示

Alarm Indication在工作状态下，当机床对刀操作的时候，机床刀具压下对刀器探头往下移动，达到设定的高度情况下，告警灯常亮，对刀器的接收器将停止机床移动。

如果机床还继续移动，停不下来，则该灯闪烁，提示用户，需要手动停止机床。

电源开关

Power switch当把电源开关拨动到ON的位置，打开对刀器，如果对刀器接收器连接在电脑上，则对刀器工作指示灯亮。

当把电源开关拨动到OFF位置，则关闭对刀器电源。

平时，不使用对刀器的时候，建议关闭对刀器电源。

When the power switch to toggle to the ON position, open the instrument, if the receiver connected to your computer, then the indicator light instrumentation

When the power switch to toggle to the OFF position, turn off the instrument power.

When not using the instrument, the proposed power off the instrument.
