It offers a reduced cycle times, fewer rejects, and rapid tool set-up.

Rilsan® Clear G350 granules are delivered already dried and ready for processing in hermetically sealed in 25kgs bags. However, in case of overexposure to ambient air it is necessary to dry the product (80 °C in a vacuum oven for 4h to 1 night is preferred or dessicant air dryer at 80°C maximum for 4 to 6h is sufficient). Designed for injection molding, Rilsan® Clear G350 has ideal melt flow characteristics for easy processing. The following processing parameters are generally recommended:
