三、各系统配置及技术说明 Configurations of systems and technical instructions

1.料罐单元 Charging bucket unit

300KG聚醚／混合物料罐 300POL /Mix material charging bucket

用来贮存聚醚，料缸厚度为碳钢板焊接制作，钢板厚度为：8MM.料罐压力可以达到10公斤。

It is apply to store the POL, made of carbon steel, with its thickness of 8mm, it can stand the pressure of 10kg.

·工作容积 300KG

Working capacity: 300kg

·工作压力 0.2Mpa:

Working pressure: 0.2Mpa

·料罐前面输出口使用DN40手动截止阀（以便检修）

Use Manual cut-off valve DN40 in front of charging bucket for output (convenient for checking and repairing)

·料罐低部输出口使用DN25手动截止阀（以便与排污及换料）

Use Manual cut-off valve DN25 at the bottom of the charging bucket for the output (to make cleaning and changing material easier)

·加料口安装单向阀，DN25手动截止阀。

Install one-way valve at the filling input,DN25 manual cut-off valve

·1套搅拌器，电机的参数为功率0.75Kw，转速47转／分；

One set of stirring machine, power-0.75kw, rotation rate 47 times/minute

·1套PT100铂电阻温度探头及控制器；

One set of PT100 resistance temperature detector and controller

·1个料罐安全阀，

One safe valve for charging bucket

·1套气压减压阀，设定压力为0.5MPa，保证料罐使用安全；

One set of pressure reduction valves, set the pressure at 0.5Mpa to make sure the safety.

·1个氮气泄压阀，用于维护时或停机泄压；

One nitrogen relief valve, to be used when maintenance and pressure relief needed.

·1个电磁排气阀，用于加料时气压超高自动排气，排气压力触摸屏可设。

One magnetic air evacuation valve, it is used for the air evacuation when there is high air pressure during the filling, the evacuation pressure can be set with its touch panel.

300KG多异氰酸酯料罐 300 ISO Charging bucket

用来贮存氰酸酯，料缸厚度为钢板焊接制作，钢板厚度为：8MM.料罐压力可以达到10公斤。

It is apply to store the ISO, made of carbon steel, with its thickness of 8mm, it can stand the pressure of 10kg.

·料罐前面输出口使用DN40手动截止阀（以便检修）

·1套PT100铂电阻温度探头及控制器；

2．计量单元 Metering Unit

聚醚计量单元、异氰酸酯计量单元 POL Metering Unit, ISO Metering Unit

·2台计量泵电机，功率为5.5Kw，转速为1450rpm，

2 pieces of metering pump motors, power:5.5kw, rotation speed:1450rpm

·2套力士乐高压变量计量泵,排量100-650g/s

2 sets of Rexroth high pressure metering pump, flow:100-650g/s

·2套预压力控制装置，由示值范围0－1MPa防爆数显压力传感器组成。用于防止泵抽空，控制压力设置为：0.1MPa，当预压力低于设定值时，控制系统报警提示；

2 sets of pre-pressure controlling devices, are consist of anti-explosion sensors with indication from 0-1Mpa. It is used to prevent pumping out , controlling pressure-0.1Mpa, when the pre-pressure is below the setting value, the alarm will ring.

·2套高压压力控制装置，由示值范围0－40MPa防爆数显压力传感器组成，用于调节控制组份的工作压力，工作压力设定在6－22MPa范围内，当压力超出此范围，设备停机报警并显示工作压力太低或工作压力太高的故障信息；

2 sets of high pressure controlling devices are consist of anti-explosion sensors with indication from 0-40Mpa. It is used to control the pressure, the working pressure should be set from 6 to 22Mpa, when it go out of the limitation of working pressure, the equipments will stop and alarm with indication of over-high working pressure or low working pressure.

·采用压力传感器控制组份的预压力及工作压力，使混合效果达到要求。

With the application of pressure sensor, the mixing efficiency has been improved.

3．混合头 Mixing head

·混合头采意大利技术,型号FPL-1014液压驱动自动无料清洁混合头，二次高压对撞混料，可满足开、闭模要求。

It has adopted Italian technique, with Model FPL-1014 fluid pressure-driven automatic mix cleaning head, smashing the mixing materials with high pressure, it meets the needs of mold closing.

· 手控按钮盒设有注料、循环，急停，无料洁枪、提枪指示，等按钮。

Manual controlled button box, with buttons for filling, recycling, cut-off, cleaning without material, and so on.

·悬臂及管道采用高压软管连接到混合头上,

Cantilevers are connected with high pressure pipes to the mix head

·采用90度悬臂吊悬枪头,可旋转0—180度，左右,枪头离地高度1.2米左右(高度可调)。

Applying the cantilevers with 90 degrees, can be rotated from 0 to 180°， the head should be kept about 1,2meters high(adjustable).

4．液压系统 Fluid pressure system

·1个安装有液压控制元件的油箱，容积为100L；

One oil box with fluid pressure controlling parts, capacity-100L

·蓄能器10升，预压力100bar；

Accumulator 10L, with pre-pressure 100bar;

·液压集成块，集成块上装有增压阀，安全阀、手动卸荷阀；

Fluid pressure integrated package, with pressure increasing valve, safe valve and manual relief valve;

·1个压力表显示液压系统的工作压力；

One pressure meter to indicate the working pressure;

·1个压力传感器将压力传感给系统，把压力控制在设范围；

One pressure sensor transmits the pressure to system and make it controlled.

·1套油冷却系统，冷却面积1平方。

One set of oil cooling system, with cooling space of 1 square meter.

5．高低压循环单元 High&low pressure recycling unit

·高低压循环切换单元改善为变频切换，动作迅速可靠，黑白料同步切换，能有效防止窜料

This unit enable the system into frequency switching, quickly and reliable, switches the black and white material at the same time, prevents the mixing of materials effectively.

6．组份测试单元Group testing unit

· 为准确测定原料配比及流量，我厂采用从枪头测量比例，测定比例、流量方便、精确、真实。

We adopt the proportion tests of heads to improve the precision of material proportion and flow rate.

7．过滤器 filters

· 刮片式过滤器，滤片由定片、动片、刮片组成。保持原料在循环中畅通、过滤。过滤精度为200um至300um，定期转动过滤器手轮，并通过底部球阀排污。

Wiper scraping filter, is consist of fix wiper, movable wiper and scraping wiper. It makes the raw materials go through the circulation and filtration smoothly with its filtration mesh (200um-300um). The filter can be cleaned through the bottom valve when rotating the manual wheel.

8．电气控制系统Electrical controlling system

·采用威纶屏，人机界面10寸屏，大屏幕彩色触摸屏可设定，显示,注料时间,高压、低压压力，有效保护压力平衡，防止串料功能，报警显示，每一个细节出现故障报警画面都会显示出来，方便操作检修。欧姆龙可编程控制器，8点扩展模块；留有扩展接口。PLC对整台发泡机进行自动控制，使其计量单元、液压单元、温控系统、混合头注射等部分按程序协调工作，保证动作可靠高效。

With Welun screen 10 inches, indicating the material filling time, high pressure , low pressure, the machine is protected by the balance of pressure, and it prevents the mixing of materials with its alarming system. Every error can be reported through the indicator, which makes the repairing and maintenance easier. It has Omron programmed controller, and extension connector, it can control the foaming machine automatically, makes the metering, fluid pressure, temperature control and mixing head collaborate with each other efficiently.

· 电控柜主要包括：PLC和人机界面 各类继电器、接触器 按钮和工位开关

混合头控制元件 测试单元控制单元 泵组压力控制单元

原料液位自动控制仪 各工位产量计数

Electrical controlling Group includes: PLC& human computer interface, relays and contactors, Buttons and switches, mixing head controlling components, Testing unit controlling centre , pump pressure controlling unit, automatic raw material level controller, output meters.

9．温控单元 Temperature controlling unit

· 温控单元主要用于控制两种原料的料温，由冷热水机组、管热交换器、温控器构成。

Temperature controlling unit is mainly used to control the temperature of two kinds of raw materials, it is consist of cold-heat motor, pipe heating exchanger and temperature controller.

10 板式冷热交换器 Plated cold-heat exchanger

· 配置两套大容量热交换器、电磁阀控制气动自动阀组成的热交换系统，配合冷热水机组把原料温度控制在工艺允许的参数范围内。

It configured two sets of exchanger with large capacity, automatic magnetic controlled heat exchanger, it controls the temperature of raw material in allowable statistics.

· 热交换器采用不锈钢管板制作,安装在料路回流管道上。交换器内通过温控介质，与不锈钢管内的发泡料通过热传送实现对温度的控制。
