超纤革

属于合成革中的一种新研制开发的高档皮革，因其具有耐磨、耐寒、透气、耐老化、质地柔软以及外观漂亮等优点，已经成为代替天然皮革理想的选材。

天然皮革是由许多粗细不等的胶原纤维“编织”而成，分成粒面层和网状层两层，粒面层由极细的胶原纤维编织而成，网状层由较粗的胶原纤维编织而成。而超纤皮表面层是采用与天然皮革的网状层结构相近的聚氨脂层组成，底基层是采用超细纤维无纺布，其结构和天然皮革的网状层极其相似，因而超纤皮与天然皮革有着及其相近的结构和性能。和天然皮革相比，超纤皮主要有着以下特点：其一、耐折牢度可以和天然皮革相媲美。常温弯曲达到20万次无裂纹、低温（-20℃）弯曲3万次无裂纹。其二、伸长率比较适中。其三、撕裂强度和剥离强度较高。
