防静电衣服

防静电工作服采用Belltron9R系列复合纺丝技术,将导电的碳粉与熔融状的尼龙充分混合后,经过特殊的喷丝孔与基体尼龙复合成纤,形成了双组分的导电纤维.其外层为具有极高导电性能的超薄皮状导电聚合物,内部则是尼龙-6聚合物。防静电工作服按面料分：有100D、75D和68D。其中100D较为常用。具有高微尘污染控制及ESD控制，满足高级别无尘环境的要求。 Antistatic garment is applies Belltron9R series compound filature technology,which fully mixes conductive carbon power and melted nvlon at first;and then compound the base nylon with the mixture through specialfilament spraying hole,thus forming one conductive fiber with two components--the surface coat is layer of superthin ultra conductivepolymer while the inner core pure Nylon-6 polymer.
