一、 用途

本电动舷梯绞车为船舶收、放和支持舷梯用的专门机械，是一种短时工作制的甲板机械。

本绞车结构简单、紧

凑，使用可靠、方便，并

具有手动工作装置。

本绞车为立机型，并

分有对称制造的左右机型。

三、 结构概述

本电动舷梯绞车由法兰式电动机、减速齿轮箱、卷筒、底座、棘轮扳手、联锁限位开关等部分。

电动机是不带制动器的YZ-H系列法兰式连接电机。

减速齿轮箱采用三级渐开线圆柱直齿轮传动，

The electric motor is that of the YZ-H horizontal connection motor without brake.

The reduction gear box consists of three stages involutes cylindrical spur gear transmission. The driving

四、 工作原理

操纵电气控制开关，使电动机起升方向旋转，经二级齿轮传动后，大齿轮借助螺纹挤推制动盘，使大齿轮、棘轮、制动盘和龆轮轴并为一体旋转，再经第三级齿轮传动卷筒，使其作起升方向旋转。该时，棘轮、棘爪打滑。

当电动机停止时，由于重力作用，龆轮轴反转，迫使大齿轮借助螺纹挤推

棘轮扳手是当电动机发生故障或绞车作微量调整及维修保养时使用。使用时把扳手套入墙架轴孔中的方轴上，按手动指标牌方向摇动，此时，限位

The ratchet handle is used when the motor is out of order or adjusting fine and maintaining the winch. When using the handle. Insert it into the square hole. Turn the shaft according to the directions displayed

五、 操作与维修操作前准备工作:(1)绞车操作人员必须熟悉绞车结构及使用要求。

（2）检查绞车各紧固联接处有无松动，特别要检查钢丝绳未端在卷筒上紧固状况及绞车底脚螺栓紧固情况，并检查制动盘工作的可靠性。

（3）检查钢丝绳磨损情况，每一公尺长度的钢丝中，有10根钢丝折断或钢索直径减小到标准直径的93%时，钢索必须换新。

（4）检查减速箱内润滑的油位及润滑情况和润滑油脂的注入量。

（5）检查限位开关工

2．操作和使用

操纵电动机控制开关，分别使绞车进行起升舷梯，翻上舷梯，翻下舷梯，下降舷梯工况。

如需手动操作，只要将棘轮扳手套入轴孔内的方身上，手握扳手进行摇动即可完成电动操作时的各工况。

3．维修

（1）定期更换齿轮箱内工作油，首次运行50小时后应更换全润滑油并清洗箱体及各零件，以后润滑拇年更换一次，润滑油牌号为N46（GB443-89）或V46（ISO）。

（2）卷筒上引出的钢丝绳，通过滑轮、索具等处润滑采用钙基润滑脂ZG-3（GB491-87）。并应

（5）经常注意绞车底脚螺栓紧固情况钢丝绳未端在卷筒上的固接情况。
