CH/CHI安装中要注意的几个问题：/Please pay attention to the below factor in the installation procedure:

1、CH/CHI的接线盒位置均可以在除底面以外的另三个面上自由设置（间隔90度）。/The terminal box can be positioned in any side of the motor in every 90 degree interval besides the below level.

2、安装管路时要避免气锁，特别是泵的吸入侧，如右图所

示：/The air block must be avoided,especially on the inlet

side.See the right figure.

CH/CHI的启动/CH/CHI starting

1、完全关闭水泵进出口阀门。/Close the inlet & outlet valve completely.

2、若吸入侧液位高于吸入口，则先取下泵体上的注水螺塞，再慢慢打开吸

入口阀门，使稳定液流从注水孔中流出。/Pull out the prime plug,open the

inlet valve slowly,then let the liquid flow out from the prime hole steady when the

inlet is below the liquid lever.

3、若吸入侧液位低于水泵吸入口，则取下泵体上的注水螺塞，打开吸入侧阀

门，从注水孔向泵内灌注泵送液体，直至吸入管和水泵体完全充满泵送液

体。/If the pump inlet is higher than the supplied liquid lever,pull out the prime

plug and open the inlet valve,then prime the pump up to the liquid is full of the inlet

pipe and the pump body.

4、起动水泵，慢慢打开出口侧阀门至全开。/Start the pump,open the

outlet valve to full open slowly.

5、从电机风扇端观察电机转向，若转向错误调整电机接线，恢复到正

确转向。正确转向已在风扇罩上用箭头标明。/Inspect the rotation

direction according to the indication on the motor fan cover.Correct it by

replace two phase power cable if the rotation direction is wrong.

6、严禁无水启动水泵。/Must not start the pump when no water in the

pipe system.

CH/CHI的维护保养/Maintainance

CH/CHI是一种免维护水泵，使用过程中不需要进行任何维护。但需

要注意以下问题/CH&CHI pumps is free of maintenance.However,below factor

should be noticed：

若长期不用，将CH的放水孔打开，排干泵内的积水，且在下次使用前不要上紧放水螺塞。这样可以避免水泵头及腔体间的纸垫因受冻而损坏。/It is better to open the drain plug of the CH pumps and vent the inner seeper if the pumps will be stopped for long time.Do not replace the plug until the pump is to be used again.This will avoid damaging the pump head and the gasket between the chambers.

水泵长期停用，再次起动前，先用手盘松水泵轴（卸掉电机风扇罩，盘动风扇）。/It is recommended to turn the pump shaft to free by hand before the pump start after long stopped.

CH/CHI水泵使用时应注意避免电机体受水淋，若装在室外，必须在水泵上方设置防雨装置。/The pump should avoid wringing.If the pump is outdoor positioned,the protecting guard above the pump must be installed.
