LED ARRAY technology is adopted and use TRACEPRO, ZEMAX optical simulation software to build optimal optical design,allows illuminator to deliver outstanding performance and consistency of illumination throughout the operational life.

THERMAL

Usingthermal analysis software, such asANSYS, FLOTHERM, ICEPARKetc, design a heat dissipation system, make the heat generated by illuminator transmit to the external rapidly. Theilluminator heat back with fins is designed to help air convection cooling.

ELECTRONICS

The PCB employs cutting edge materials to avoid thermal expansion,andthe SMT LED technology is used to improve the dissipation of heat,designed specifically for low voltage for safe installation.All thesedeliver excellent night-time pictures with improved optical output.

MECHANICS

Strong and flexible structure, simple and friendly installation, IP67 waterproof, the bracket adjustable installation angle, die casting aluminum material is used, all these ensure total protection against all environmental conditions.

SOFTWARE

Circuit design adopting micro controller (MCU),byKeil C51development software, programming to solve the light blinking problem and improve energy efficiency. Program toadjust illumination intensity remotely by RS485, make products more intelligent.
