中后帮机

杰出特性:

1、本机采全自动中后帮上胶一次完成,中底及鞋机

不需人工先行擦胶,可节省人工,且成型后,永不

脱胶，最适合高质量及特殊重型鞋子之生产。

2、操作简单，调整容易，人员只需稍加训练，即

可顺利操作。

3、后跟束紧器采链条式包覆，束紧效果，本

公司并备有多种规格供各种弧度变化及大小鞋

型之结帮选用，可确保结帮完美。

4、特别设计的中帮机构，由左右各五组PU束带组

合，后三组并可针对鞋型大小号选控使用或不

使用。

5、中帮压紧机构附有特殊设计之锁扣片，可确保

压层之效果，不会产生往后缩之现象。

6、中帮结帮之推杆每支均有自动平衡装置，可随

中帮部位之弧度自动贴合，在结帮过程中之压

力并有两段可调整，以适应各种不同材质之鞋

面结帮，达到最完美之效果。

7、中后帮擦胶结构采用左右两组浮动胶嘴，由后

跟圆弧中央为起点，往前作擦胶动作，胶嘴张

开采压力及速度控制，可随大小号鞋型，自动

紧贴于鞋先选及中底底行运，而擦胶之行程控

制则采雷射灯投射灯投射控制，操作暂可清楚

看出产生空隙及不平均之缺点。

8、本机并可选择单独使用后帮、中帮、中后帮之

擦胶与不擦胶之操作方式。

9、本机电控系统采用先进P.L.C.可程式控制器,搭

配油、气压动作控制。

10、配备两组中帮拉伸爪子供选用，除可左右单独

设定上拉行程外，并有手动强制上拉功能供辅助

用，使内外腰鞋面于结帮后，能紧贴于鞋楦。

11、本机之中帮及爪子上拉机构之各项压力调整，

均为左右独立控制，并可由鞋头支撑块之偏选

自动转换内外腰之各项压力。

12、本机除正常结帮功能外，并有多项特殊动作

功能，可针对特殊鞋型或特殊需求供操作者选用。Outstanding feature

1.The machine is mainiy featured as auto-cementing

at side and heel seat accompished at one time.

The in-sole and upper do not noed cementing in

advance which saves labor cost.Mareover,it will

never be decemented,which is most suitable for the

production of high.quailty and specially heavy shoes.

2.The operation and adjustment of the machine are simple

and easy so only training needed tor operating the

machine.

3.The heel forming band is suitouned by chains,which

makes the bast forming,we provide damps with various

speciticatlone for perloctry lasting all ditlerent

curved and sized shoes.

4.The specially designed side lasting mechanism is

tormed by each 5 groups of PU fastener on its right

and left side.Each last 3 groups of PU fastener can

be used optionaliy according to the size of shoes.

5.The pressing mechanism for side lasting is equipped

with speciallocking to ensure the pressing effect and

to avoid shrinkage alter lasting.

6.Every pushing bar on side lasting is equipped with an

auto-balancing device,which makes the upper closely

attachnd to the mia-sole mange of the shoe according

to the curve of the shoe.During the process of lasting,

the pressure can be adjusted with 2 siages to meet

different upper materials to get pertect lasting rasuh.
