双刮刀的原理及目的：

双刮刀是指双气囊式刮刀两台并用的形式。刮刀装置主要是以去掉附着在辊面上的水分及脏东西为目的的。从微观的角度来看，在辊子表面上会有一些凹凸不平的小孑L，刀刃的磨擦面也会有同样现象。这样，微小的脏东西及水分就会穿过这些小孑L，跑到刮刀后面。这些脏东西有些被纸张带走，有些粘在刮刀背后形成较大的块状，掉下来就会造成断纸，造成停机。特别是压榨部的石辊等，此现象比较严重。除此，刮刀片加上较大的线压时，会在刀片背后产生负压，这个负压会造成在刀片正面堆积脏东西，也会严重地影响产品质量。

双刮刀就是为了解决上述问题而开发的。在1号刮刀后面安装2号刮刀，可以扶助1号刮刀，将粘着在其后面的脏东西铲掉，效果良好。 ASTE-YSA Air-cell Dual Blades Device
