HL 180/1550A抽式盒装面巾纸折叠机主要用于对原纸进行压光、 压花、 压边纹后， 通过刀银纵切和横切， 真空吸附交叉折叠成长方形纸叠，业界评价非常好。本机采用螺旋形固定式横切断纸刀组，调整横分切刀非常方便。刀口以点面接触， 将刀片接触面减到最小，噪音更低，使刀片更耐用，有效消除纸张在横切断过程中产生的惯性移位，即使机器高速运转（100米／分钟），也不会出现连刀现象，大大提高成品率，保证产品质量。整机采用电脑编程控制，触摸屏人机界面设定操作参数，操作简单。速度调节使用变频调速、 分步传动结合机械联动模式，提高整机同步传动的协调性。机器运行噪音小、平稳流畅。
