羧甲基淀粉可以用于保护油井，作为泥浆稳定剂，保水剂，降低失水量，提高钻井液中粘土颗粒的聚结稳定性。对塑性粘度影响小，对动力、切力影响大，有利于携带钻屑，尤其在钻盐膏层时，可使钻井液稳定，流失量低，具防塌作用。尤其适用于矿化度高，PH值高的盐碱井。

Carboxymethylstarch can be used to protect oil well, asstabilizer, water retaining agent, reduce water loss of clay, andimprove the coalescence stability of clay particles.Little effecton thefree movement,low dynamic viscosity, which is beneficial to carry drilling cuttings, especially in drilling salt anointed layer, it can make the drilling fluid stability, low loss,to prevent collapse.
