本设备采用进口PLC触摸屏控制系统，实现智能化、人性化管理。洗版集横向、纵向和旋转式洗版于一体，使洗版精度达到更佳效果。系统设置自动溶剂恒温及自动储存常用1.14/1.70/2.28/2.84/3.94/7.00等六种柔版洗版压力，无论洗任何一种柔版均可一步到位地达到效果。同时还具备自动微调压力及溶剂自动排放、补充的功能（简配型未配置此功能）。实现从洗版—洁版—预烘干—停机等全自动完成。也可以连续不间断洗版。

本设备集除粘/烘版于一体，为节省占地空间，一般可以把本设备放在上述KMLX洗版机的后平台下面。如果工作场地允许也可以独立放置。除粘采用进口飞利浦UVC灯及合资产镇流器。本设备烘版柜一般为三层，如有需要也可以改为四层（二层/组，每组独立控制）。烘箱各处温度均匀，温差≤±2℃以内。

(3) KHCH Light processing / drying machine:
