油乐扣的安装和使用方法

Installation and usage methods of oil lock

油乐扣是利用真空下抽式放油，排油时会在油底壳内产生漩涡式旋流，将废机油及沉淀物吸出，使发动机的动力更加强劲，废气排放更加环保，延长发动机使用寿命。

Oil lock uses the pumping of oil drainage under vacuum. The eddy rotational flow will be generated inside oil pan and the used engine oil and sediment will be extracted, thus the motive power of the engine will become more powerful, the exhaust emission will be further environment friendly and the service life of the engine will be prolonged.

传统油底螺丝拆装费时费力，容易滑丝，并比较容易损伤发动机油底壳，而且传统滴漏式放油和从上面插管抽油都无法较完全排出沉淀物，影响发动机的工作能效。

The traditional oil pan screw dismantlement wastes time and energy, easily causes the phenomenon of slipped thread and damages the oil pan of the engine. Further, the traditional oil leakage-type oil drainage and oil pumping through intubation tube above could not completely discharge the sediment, thus the energy efficiency of the engine is influenced.

安装流程：首先将原本油底螺丝拆下，把旧机油放出，装上油乐扣（请套好垫片），并以专门安装工具上紧后(扭力1.5~1.8kg/m)，请往机油箱里添加80-100ML干净的润滑油或专用清洗剂后用换油机抽干，套上防尘塞即可添加干净的润滑油。以后换油只需取下防尘塞，用换油机上的专用接头插上抽干后套上防尘塞即可。

Installation procedures: firstly dismantle the former oil pan screw, discharge the used engine oil and install oil lock (please place the gasket well) and tighten it with special installation tool (torsion: 1.5~1.8kg/m). After adding 80-100ML clean lubricating oil or special cleaning agent, pump it off with oil exchanger and wear the dustproof plug, then it is able to add clean lubricating oil. Afterwards, it is only necessary to remove the dustproof plug and wear dustproof plug after pumping it off with the special joint of the oil exchanger.

安装注意事项：

Notes for installation:

1.请在油乐扣安装时务必加装螺丝垫片以防止机油渗漏。

1. Do install screw gasket to prevent the engine oil from leaking in case of installing the oil lock.

2.请勿过大力的上紧，因为可能会损坏油乐扣的外帽。

2. Please do not tighten it energetically, for it may damage the outer nut of the oil lock.

3.油乐扣装上后，请一定要记得装上防尘塞，防止尘土进入

3. Upon installation of oil lock, do remember to install the dustproof plug to prevent the dust from entering into.

4.抽油时请先接上油乐扣再打开接油管开关。

4. Please firstly connect the oil lock, and then open the switch of the oil connecting pipe.

5.请打开发动机机油盖，以利空气回流而加速放油。

5. Please open the engine oil cap of the engine to accelerate oil discharge due to air recirculation.

使用期限：

自安装之日起2年或6万公里(以先到为准)

如果在保修期内，在正常使用和维护条件下，本产品由于设计，材料或工艺缺陷导致无法工作，本公司授权经销商或维修点可根据情况给予更换。

The company will authorize the distributor or the maintenance point to exchange the product that could not work normally due to the defects in design, material or process under the condition of normal usage and maintenance within the period of warranty.
