节气门体的作用堪比化油器，节气门体是安装在空气流量计和发动机之间的进气管上，节气门体的作用与化油器中的节气门相似。节气门与驾驶员的加速踏板联动，控制节气门的开度，使进气通道面积发生变化，从而达到控制进气量、控制发动机运行工况的目的，节气门体就是这样的一个装置，对发动机而言是非常重要的。

1、拆下空气滤清器总成，拆下油门拉线。首先将节气门操纵机构拧到位置，用左手扳住，右手捏住油门拉线，将其从操纵机构的豁口处取下。然后从油门拉线支架上取下拉线，取下限位卡子和垫片，放在安全位置保管好，最后将固定在节气门体上的油门拉线支架拆卸掉。

2、拔下节气门位置传感器线束插头。在节气门位置传感器上有2个插头，其中白色插头与发动机电脑相连，蓝色插头与自动变速器电脑相连。分别按下插头上的卡子，即可将插头拔下。插头拔下后，将卡子恢复到原位。另外别忘了将进气门预热装置的供电线束插头拔下。此插头为黑色，其线束与节气门位置传感器线束在一起，用内六角扳手拧松节气门体上的3个紧固螺栓，拆下节气门体。

3、清洗节气门体。在清洗工作进行前，先拆掉节气门体上的节气门位置传感器，以防清洗剂对节气门位置传感器腐蚀而损坏。清洗时，重点清洗节气门体腔、节气门及节气门轴等部位，直至没有污物为止。清洗后反复扳动节气门操纵机构，检查节气门开关是否自如。另外，还要清洗进气道与节气门体的接合面，清洗前先拆下密封胶圈，以防被腐蚀。

4、在清洗、检查完后，安装节气门体。如果节气门位置传感器已拆下，则先将其装于节气门体上。安装节气门位置传感器插头。安装时要注意，白色对白色，蓝色对蓝色，将进气预热装置的插头也恢复到位。

安装节气门体上的油门拉线支架并紧固。

5、在整个拆装过程中，严禁将节气门位置调整螺钉上的禁动帽拆下，调整节气门位置。
