RUBBER SLICE CUTTING MACHINE

用途：橡胶切片备料

特点：1.置于过水机后，切厚料以便叠放整齐，节省人工.

2.采用冷刀片，防止色差.

Purpose:1.This machine is used to cutting rubber sheets into slices for stocking .

Specialty: 1. This machine is installed after the rubber cooling machine. Cut thick

rubber sheets and stack them up in order, saving labor force.

2.By using unheated blade , to avoid color difference .

1. The rubber sheets must be fed consistently ,if inclined to one side , adjust the springs at both ends to be of the same .

2. Do not put hands in when the machine is still working.

3. If the rubber slice couldn’t be cut off , adjust the space of knife-edge and trim the knife-edge for flatness .
