安装与调试

1.主机安装成整体，一般不必加地脚螺栓，只需在地面垫平即可，也可用膨胀螺栓固定，后辅机安装时导布必须与主机成型鼓保持平行，平行度小于1/1000，用膨胀螺栓固定，成型鼓规格尺

寸是由用户提供。

2.调试

（1）确认连接件是否拧紧。

（2）气源路及电源接头无接错，漏接，漏气和漏电现象。

（3）下压辊装置，钢丝定位装置与成型鼓相互位置均为正确。

（4）各级气缸无爬行现象。

（5）各接近开关，气控阀信号灵敏可靠，位置正确。
