适合生产：天然橡胶、人造橡胶、耐油、耐热再生胶等橡胶制品 。汽机车、电子零件、潜水器材类、橡胶油封、运动器材类等橡胶制品 。

Applications:Natural rubber synthetic rybber, oil-proof & heat-proof rubber and reclaimed rubber products.Automobile, electronic components, ping items, oil seal, sport goods, and other rubber products.

射出部份:本机设计钻石型，斜度止逆阀，射出时自动关闭止逆阀，防止原料溢流。射出系统设有油热式温度控制，螺旋式輸料管，儲料管可加溫及冷卻，使橡膠可塑性化溫度調整，防止物料硬化。独特螺旋可输送任何橡胶原料。微调的射出量控制，自动开模入，产品精良。设有自动排气作用，产品不会氧化连接。设有座进退功能，特殊喷嘴结构，不死料以及清料容易，品质稳定。可缩短1/2至2/3加硫时间，节省能源和原料，带来高品质的产品。

Injection Device:The machine employ a diamond-type, tapered check valve ensuring extremely smooth material feeding. while it is molding, the check valve closes automatically to avoid material over flow.The injection system is eqipped with a heating temperature controller. The screw barrel or material loader can be heated or cooled as desired for proper adjustment of the plasticising temperature, thereby avoiding material product quality.The screw feed system is driven by a low-speed powerful variable hy draulic motor. A specially designed screw can feed all types of rubber materials.Micrometric adjustment of shot volume, combined with automatic mold opening and feed comtroller, it ensures superior quality.Automatic exhaust and degas function fully eliminates porosity or parting line on produsts.Set up nozzle IN/OUT function special nozzle sturcture don't let material dead easy. The material is easy clean and the quality is stable.The mechine accepts general thermo-press rubber materials. No trimming is required and it also reduces 1/2-2/3 vulcanizing time.

油压集体回路:油路系统设置于密闭之机体内，尘屑不侵能确保油路之清洁与畅通。集体回路配管、分管皆少，油压压力损失低微。设冷却器，长期使用油温亦能常保衡定，增长机械寿命。搭配比例式流量阀、压力控制阀，使机械压力及流量更稳定、更顺畅，达的生产效能。造型坚实美观，操作时无共鸣、共振的噪音。

Oil Hydraulic Concentrated Circuit:Oil passage system is installed inside the enclosed machine body and completely keeps away from dust. So the oil Passage is always clean and smooth.Concentrated circuit wire distributing is less branching wires and it can lower the loss of pressure to the minimum.It equipped with cooler to keep oil temperature balance during long-term running and increase machine's service.With a proportional flow and pressure control valve, it can let machine pressure and slow more stable and more smoothly to reach high production efficiency.Construction is solid and the appearance is beautiful. There is no resonance and vibration sound happens while in operation.

电控系统:采用PLC彩色微电脑系统，搭配彩色液晶营幕，人性化操作，操作容易。使用计算机光学尺来控制调整上升下降位置及射出量的多少。全方位监控系统，多重安全防护系统，依照欧洲CE安全标准，设有安全电眼及紧急下降装置，以确保人员操作安全。

Electric controller system:Use PLC color microcomputer system with VGA color monitor, humanity operation and easy operate.Use potentiometer to control, adjust upward and downward position and injection volume.Global monitoring and extra protection are according to European CE standard. It equipped with safety photo sensor and emergency drop device to assure the operation safety for operators.
