吹氧是现代化冶炼厂、炼钢厂必不可少的工序,目前国内不少冶炼厂家还采用焊管和普通涂层管,造成使用寿命低,钢管消耗大,吨钢成本高。根据上述情况，我公司在多家科研部门的帮助下，研制开发出新一代DFG型高温涂层吹氧管，该产品由于耐火度高，强度好，涂层不脱落，是焊管使用寿命的5倍，加之该产品是采用快速接头，可连接使用，减少了切割、对焊等工作，大大减轻了工人劳动强度，使得吹氧能够长时间连续进行，提高了吹氧效率，降低了生产成本，大大提高了生产产量。

Oxygen blowing is an essential process of modern smelting plants and steel mills. The current domestic smelting plants still use welded pipe and common coating pipe, which lead to the low service life, the more consumption of steel pipe, and the high cost of steel per ton. In light of the above-mentioned situation, our company, with the help of several scientific research departments, has researched and developed a brand-new DFG high- temperature coating oxygen lane. This product has high refractoriness, good strength and its coating is not easy to fall off; and it has five times service life than that of welded pipe. Besides, this product use quick disconnect coupling, which can be used after being connected directly, to reduce the work worker’s labor intensity such as cutting, welding, allowing oxygen blowing to continue for a long time, improving the efficiency of oxygen bowing. Because of these qualities, it will finally reduce the production cost and greatly increase the production.
