本机主要用于电动工具、家用电器、汽车摩托车等电机换向器与电枢绕组导线的焊接工作。整个焊接过程由目前选进的日本米亚基焊接控制系统控制，同时还选用进口PLC系统，可任意编写程式，编程格式符合ISO国际代码标准。本机采用电机驱动，日本原装SMC气动元件来完成输送过程，反应敏捷，效率高。重要部位配有电子感应自动报警系统，确保设备与人员的安全。本机带有电极水冷却循环系统，可及时对点焊头进行冷却。本机是目前世界上最理想的焊接设备之一，性能已达到国际领先水平。

The machine is mainly used for electric tools, household appliances, automobiles, motorcycles and so motor to weld commutator and armature wire. The whole welding process uses Japan MIYACHI spot welding control system, which is currently the most advanced. This product uses imported PLC system,can arbitrary to program. The format of programming meets ISO coding standard.The machineadoptsmotor to drive, and the Japanese original SMC pneumatic components to complete the transfer process, responsive and efficient.Important positions are equipped with electronic induction automatic alarm system to assure safety for the machine and operator. 2、采用长度感应器触发放电及焊接过程自动检测，检测分辨率≤10微米。

Adopt the length inductor to touch off discharge and automatic detection of welding process and offer an explanation rate of≤10microns.

3、能自动分离不合格品并自动存放于不合格品料架区。

Can automatically separate the rejects and placed in the rack of reject.

4、使用日本原装米亚基逆变电源，焊接稳定，焊接电阻≤1毫欧。

5、采用水冷却系统，带流量计及流量控测器，在流量不足时自动停机，带辅助吹/吸气装置。

6、用机械结构（或伺服电机）分度，可以点焊单槽单钩和单槽多钩的各种转子。
