1100超白原子灰产品说明 product description（Ultrawhite poly putty）产品用途及特性：该产品在外表面涂装为白色油漆的底层,具有高级汽修灰同样的性能,灰体超白细腻,易涂易磨.配套白色固化剂。施工范围：可用于铁板、钢板、铝板、及上过底漆的任何金属表面。Application&characteristic：It is suitable for rough coat which the outer surface white painted, has the function as the advanced automobile putty. The graybody is ultrawhite and refined, easy applying and sanding, matches with white hardener. Scope of construction:It can be used in iron panel, steel plate,aluminium plateand on any painted metallic surface. 主要技术指标：项 目指 标试验方法柔韧性（mm）50GB/T1748耐冲击性（kg·cm）≥20GB/T1732耐热性（120℃烘烤1h）无鼓泡、无开裂GB/T1735附着力一级弯曲法耐温变性（三个循环）无鼓泡，无开裂目 测打磨性易打磨，出粉明显手感注：耐温变 -40℃1h—常温1h—120℃1h为一循环 Main performance indexes: Itemindexes Test methodFlexibility(mm)50GB/T1748Impact strength(kg.cm)≥20GB/T1732Thermal resistance（1h baking under120℃）No bubble, no crackGB/T1735AdhesionFirst classBending methodTemperature variation resistance(3cycles)No bubble, no crackEye test Sanding propertyEasy sanding,extraction powder is fastHand feel P.S: Temperature variation resistance -40℃1h—1h(at ambient temperature)—120℃1h is a cycle. 使用方法：Application: 1.在使用前必须先除去被涂物表面油污、锈蚀、旧漆膜及水分，保持被涂物表面清洁、干燥。Remove the oil, rust, original paint film and water etc from surface completely, keep the painted surface clean&dry before scraping.2.原子灰在储运过程中会造成上下层不均匀，使用前必须用清洁钢尺上下搅拌均匀。The putty may cause uneven in the process of storage, must use clean ruler stir well before the use.3、将主剂与固化剂严格按规定的比例(100：2) 调匀，务使色泽一致，并在约3～8min 内涂刮完毕，否则会胶凝报废。The putty and hardener should be mixed completely to achieve the uniformity of color (general ratio is 100:2 by weight), and apply the mixture within potlife(3-8min), or it will gel.4、将调好的腻子涂刮在打磨后的双组份底漆或己处理好的冷轧板表面，如需厚层涂刮，分多次薄刮至所需厚度(建议厚度不要超过5mm)。Apply the mixtured putty to the processed surface of primer or cold-reduced sheet, in case of scraping of thick coat, it is preferable to apply in thin coats for several times till reaching the objective thickness.(Suggested maximum thickness is no more than 5mm).5、彻底硬化后，即可水磨或干磨。刮灰后0.5-1h为湿磨时间，2h左右为干磨时间（温度为25℃、湿度小于40%）。喷漆时确保原子灰已完全干透，否则容易引起脱落起泡。Wet milling or dry milling should be made after hardened thoroughly. The best wet milling time is 0.5-1h after applying putty, best dry milling time is about 2h after applying putty(The temperature is 25℃,humidity is less than 40%). Ensure the putty has been completely dry when painting, lest drop off or bubbles. 注意事项：Notices:1、涂刮时若有气泡渗入，必须用刮刀彻底刮平，以确保良好的附着力。When there is air bubble while applying, fully scrape to evenness with spatula to ensure good adhesion.2、加有固化剂的原子灰不可放回原罐内。使用后立即加盖，以免溶剂挥发引起主灰变质，严禁掺入“天那水”等溶剂来稀释原子灰进行施工。The putty mixed with hardeners should not be returned to the original container, container which is opened must be carefully resealed, lest volatilization &deterioration of solvent. Do not mix lacquer thinner to putty.3.温度低时及湿度大时，涂膜的固化时间会稍延长。腻子的稠度、凝胶时间可根据客户要求作相应的调整。When there is low temperature or high relative humidity, curing time of coating will be extended somewhat. The corresponding adjustment can be made to the consistency and gel time of putty according to per customer’s request.4、本产品与多种底漆配套，但不能在酚醛底漆、醇酸底漆上涂刮，以免脱落起泡。
