适用底材 裸钢。 适用下涂 参考我司推荐配套。 适用上涂 参考我司推荐配套。 SURFACE PREPARATION 表面处理 l Remove salt and other water-soluble contaminants by fresh water hosing when the content of chloride and sulfate of substrate surface is more than 10μg/cm2. 基材表面氯化物和硫酸盐污染物含量高于10μg/ cm2，需用清水冲去盐分及其他水溶性污染物。 l Degrease according to SSPC-SP1 solvent cleaning. 依照SSPC-SP1溶剂清洗标准除去油脂。 l Remove weld spatter and smooth weld seams and sharp edges. 除去焊接飞溅并处理焊缝、毛刺使其光顺。 l Remove rust, mill-scale and damaged shop primer by blasting to ISO Sa2.5 (SSPC-SP10) or by power tooling to ISO St3.0. 用喷砂方式除去铁锈、氧化皮和损坏的车间底漆达到ISO Sa2.5 (SSPC-SP10) 或用电动工具处理表面达到ISO St3.0。 l Remove dust and dirt by high–pressure air before paint application 用高压空气吹扫除去灰尘等污物。 l Be sure that the surface is clean and dry prior to application. 施工前确认表面清洁干燥。 SAFETY PRECAUTIONS 安全措施 A health and safety data sheet for product is available upon request.
