活套拉丝机LH8/700

活套拉丝机性能优于滑轮拉丝机，能拉拔出优质线材，典型机型有LH6/350、LH8/450、LH8/600、LH8/700等。由于活套拉丝机拉丝过程中，线材要绕过多个活套过线轮，大规格线材穿丝很困难，因此不宜拉拔大规格线材。同直线拉丝机一样，活套拉丝机也采用全数字控制系统，设置人机对话界面。由于其制造成本与直线拉丝机相当，且使用范围和性能低于直线拉丝机，因此，非特殊需要不推荐使用活套拉丝机。

There are some typical models, such as LH6/350, LH8/450, LH8/600, etc. In the drawing process, the wire need to come round several looper wire threading wheel. So it difficult to thread thick wire and not suitable to draw it. It’s the same as straight line wire drawing machine that they adopt all digital control system, and they set up man-machine dialogue interface. Due to the production cost is more or less as the straight line wire drawing machine, and its apply scope and property is inferior to straight line wire drawing machine, so we usually don’t recommend it if no special need.
