5、The operation of mold open and closing is smooth without vibration. It is easy to install mold, there is no need for adjusting the thickness of mold capacity. When carry out bottle blowing, the mold closing shall be completed under low pressure, and while the mold locking shall be completed under high pressure, and so the useful life of mold can be guaranteed effectively.

6、配置红外线光电感应开关，在生产过程中当人手进入操作范围后锁模架会自动打开，保护工作人员人身安全。

WFJ-A和 WFJ-L型PET瓶胚红外线加温机是二步法PET吹瓶配套设备，适合壁厚达10毫米的各种长度瓶胚加温；其具有以下优点：

WFJ-A & WFJ-L PET Bottle Preform Infrared Heater, associated equipment for two-step PET bottle blowing, is suitable for the heating of bottle preforms of different lengths with wall thickness up to 10mm. It has the advantages as follows:

1、采用红外线旋转式瓶坯加温机构；配套使用国际驰名品牌变频器及变频电机进行变频调速，转矩恒定；瓶胚均匀自转和公转加温，使瓶胚能准确地按要求加温；
