1、机器可按用户不同要求配置为“手动放瓶胚手动取瓶式”、“手动放瓶胚自动送瓶式”或“全自动”的机械配套。

1、According to customer requirements, this machine can be designed and produced as the types of “manual parison release and manual bottle extracting”、“manual parison release and auto bottle conveying” or “full automation”.

2、本系列机器适合吹制30毫升—5公升的冷、热灌装塑料瓶或其它塑料容器。

2、This machine applies to blast-produced of 30ml-5 L cold or hot filling plastic bottle or other plastic containers.

3、本系列机器以配套单腔单拉伸缸设计和双腔双拉伸缸设计，功能上可单独使用单腔单拉伸缸以达到使用单腔模具的目的。

3、Matched with single cavity and single stretching cylinder or dual cavity and dual stretching cylinder, so the function of single cavity and single stretching cylinder can be used separately for single cavity mould.

4、模具更换方便快捷，在相应机器的容模范围内无须调整容模厚度；并且本机器所使用的模具可以直接安装到传统的半自动吹瓶机上使用。

4、With fast and convenient mould replace, there is no need for adjusting the thickness of mold capacity. What is more, the mould used in this machine can be fixed onto traditional automatic-manual bottle blowing machine directly.

5、控制系统设有自动报障功能；当操作错误或出现故障时，电脑会显示并发出警报。

5、With auto alarm function, the computer shall display the fault information and alarms when happen to misoperation or failure.

6、采用恒压调温式控制红外线灯管对瓶胚的加热，保证瓶胚加热的适量、准确、稳定，不受输入电压变化影响。

6、Adopt constant pressure and temperature adjustable to control the heating for bottle parison, the proper、accurate and stable heating can be guaranteed for bottle parison without the influence of the fluctuation of voltage.

7、各加温区设有独立分段控温，加温区内的灯管、反光板的位置及距离均可根据瓶胚的不同形状、大小进行调整，以达到***理想的加温效果。

7、There is separated and sublevel temperature control for each heating area, and the position and distance of lighting tube and reflector can be adjusted according to different shape and size of bottle parison so that realize ideal effect.

8、当选择“全自动”的机械配置时，可以同时配套多台机器组合到全自动生产线上，整个生产过程无须人手接触瓶胚或成品瓶。
