●用途 Purpose

用于生产硬泡、半硬泡等聚氨酯制品。如：冰箱、冷柜、消毒柜、车库门、灯盘、装饰条、镜框、花卉、仿木家具制品等。

用于生产软泡高回弹，自结皮及慢回弹等聚氨酯制品。如沙发摩托车座垫自行车座垫汽车座垫轮子扶手方向盘等。

Be used for producing hard foam,half-

hard foam,self-skinning,mini polyure thane products,such as bobber of in strument,heat preservation cap and toys.

It also can be used for testing formula in junior college and

science research in stitute.

●特点 Character

○混合头采用转阀式三位气缸，控制气冲与液洗为上气缸，控制回流为中气缸，控制浇注为下气缸。

这种特殊结构能保证注料孔与清洗孔永不堵塞，并设有出料调节器作有级调节及回流调节阀作无级调节，使整个浇注与混合过程始终保持同步一致，从而确保了制品质量。

○采用高精度计量泵与无级调节转速，调节精确，运行稳定，操作方便。

○浇注、清洗、气冲等工作程序由HN60型电脑程控器自动控制。温度、压力、转速等数字显示。

○采用耐酸不锈钢加热夹层式料罐，夹层内附有管式电加热器，外层有聚氨酯隔热保温，并设有料罐防湿干燥杯装置。高精密机械密封装置，确保罐内高真空度，提高制品品质。

○Special designed casting head;rotay vale three-level cylindersgas flush and cleaning control as the upper cylinder,refluence control as the middle one and casting control as the bottom one.Thiskind of structure makes sure that the charging hole bore and cleaning bore will never be jammde.There is discharging adjuster to adjust with limit and refluence adjusting valve to adjust with our limit for unifying the whole process of casting and mixing.Finally it assures the quality of products.

○High precision measuring pump;with constant temperature device,accurate measurement,be durable.

○Procedures of casting,cleaning and gas flush are controlled by HN-60 computer programming controller.Temperature,pressure and rotate speed are digital displayed.

○Adopt sandwich type material can with aid resistant stainless steel inner tank;attached tube-type electric heater in interlayer;the outer layer has polyureth ane to separate for heat preservation;there is a drying machine for material can;the high precision new style seal device make sure high degree in can to improve the quality of products.
