设备特点：

1、 适用100%全再生粉碎料，材料采购渠道广泛，价格低廉，符合国家环保产业导向。

2、 主机配用同向平行双螺杆挤出机，采用多级排气装置，使物料免结晶、干燥，且塑化好、晶点少 、粘度降极小，仅为0.04。

3、 全线正常运行时能耗极低，只有100KW左右，是常规单螺杆生产工艺的75%，大大降低了生产成本。

4、 本机型在我们实验工厂反复试验和运行，突破产量400KG/H大关，达500KG/H，且不变色，韧性好。

5、 本机配有侧向精密喂料装置，并与主机闭环同步控制，特别适用于生产色片的厂家。调整产品颜色极为方便，同时也可添加内滑剂，使产品不需外涂脱模剂(硅油)。

6、 换网器采用烛筒式长效过滤器，换网时间可延长到50---200小时，大大节约了材料，同时提高了产量（选配）

◆ Adopt 100% recycled crushed materials, wide purchase channel of material, low price, comply with national environmental production industry guidance.

◆ The mainframe is equipped with homo-parallel twin-screw extruder and multi-stage exhaust device to avoid crystallizing and drying. Well-plasticized, less fish-eyes, lowest viscosity of 0.04.

◆ Normal running with very low power consumption of 100KW, which is 75% of conventional single-screw manufacturing process and greatly reduce the cost of production.

◆ This model line has been tested and run repeated with breaking capacity of 400kg/hr, maximum to 500kg/hr. Good toughness and no discoloring of products.

◆ The whole line use human-computer to display and controls by the PLC program, which is convenient for operating the temperature module.

◆ The machine is equipped with lateral precision feeding device, which is controlled synchronized with the mainframe closed-loop, especially for manufactures in the production of color films. Easy to adjust the film color, also can add lubricant so that the film does not need treatment of releasing agent (silicone oil).
