均匀给料压火装置

均匀给料压火装置是配套垃圾循环流化床锅炉设计开发的专用设备。本装置采用拨轮给料机的给料原理，将垃圾均匀的送入锅炉溜槽，同时通过压火装置的不间断直齿和腔内垃圾与箱体的紧密配合来保证较好的密闭性，从而保证锅炉入料口无明显回火现象。

该装置具有扭矩大；可实现大件避让；带有自动清理装置，拨齿不易缠绕、容腔不易填塞；可靠性高等优点。针对炉口温度较大的锅炉，可对主轴、拨齿和箱体通过循环水冷却的方式进行冷却，以防止设备因高温变形过大。

Uniform feeding damping device is a kind of equipment special for supporting waste circulating fluidized bed boiler developed by the company. This device applies feeding principle of dial feeder. Waste is evenly delivered to boiler chute. Good sealing is guaranteed by uninterrupted straight teeth and close coodination of both waste in cavity and chamber, so as to ensure there is no obvious tempering phenomenon at waste mouth of boiler.

This device has various advantages: it has great torque; it can avoid large waste treatment; automatic cleaning device is fitted; it is not easy to wind dial tooth; it is not easy to blocking cavity and it has high reliability. Aiming at boiler with high boiler mouth temperature, main shaft, dial tooth and chamber shall be cooled by the method of circulating water cooling in order to prevent the equipment having great deformation caused by high temperature.
