技术参数

瓶颈导条材质：在一年保质期内（6000小时）发生损坏，免费更换；

风机滤网及等级：G4，风机采用一层过滤网，外层为不织布棉滤网，内层为SUS304刚网，内网为活动式可单独更换内网，可拆卸清洗，无纺布滤芯。

风送道通过脚架支撑于地面上，风机安装于风送道上部。每个风机的进风口都装有空气过滤器，防止尘埃被吸入瓶中。

瓶子在风送道中被挂瓶板卡住瓶颈，靠风力被传送至冲瓶机。

除支脚、挂瓶板等塑料、尼龙件外，其余均采用优质不锈钢制造。

净化间外的风机进风口装有初效空气过滤器，防止尘埃被吸入瓶中。

在风送道上设有自动落瓶装置，该机构由气缸驱动。当后部主机出现短暂性停机或减速运行时，风送道上的空瓶存瓶量在达到一定的数量后，可以将吹瓶机吹出的瓶子从此机构中排除后收集，并在以后通过人工将自动落瓶装置打开后将瓶子人工挂上风送道。这样可以保证在此情况下吹瓶机不用停机。

在整个风送道上设有多组光电开关，在交叉风道附近的光电开关用来控制风送道交叉风道的换向，其余在风送道上设置的光电开关用来控制风道上设置的自动落瓶装置的动作，控制整个风送道的顺畅运行。

在交叉风道处设置有一定数量的气动档瓶机构，由光电开关配合控制风送道。

The fan adopts one layer of filter screen. The external layer is non-woven cloth cotton filter screen, and the internal layer is SUS304 steel screen. The internal screen is flexible and can be independently replaced. It can be removed for cleaning and adopts non-woven cloth filter element.

The air channel is supported on the ground through the stand. The fan is installed at the top of the air channel.The inlet of each fan is installed with an air filter to prevent dust from being blown into the bottle. The bottle neck is clamped by the bottle hanging board at the air channel and sent to the bottle washer by the air.

It is made of high quality stainless steel except the feel, bottle hanging and other plastic and nylon parts.

The inlet of the fan outside the purifying room is installed with the primary air filter that prevents the dust from being blown into the bottle.

The air channel is provided with the automatic bottle dropping device,which is driven by the cylinder.If the machine at the rear is stopped temporarily or its running speed is reduced, after the empty bottles on the air channel reach a certain amount, the bottles blown by the bottle blower can be discharged from the device for collection and after the automatic bottle dropping device is manually turned on, the bottle will be hung onto the air channel.Thus,it can be ensured that there is no neede for the bottle blower to stop.

The whole air channel is provided with many groups of photoelectric switches.The photoelectric switches near the air channel crossing are used to control the direction change of the air channel crossing, and other photoelectric switches on the air channel are used to control the action of the automatic bottle dropping device on the air channel and control the smooth operation of the whole air channel.

The air channel crossing is provided with certain amounts of pneumatic bottle blocking devices,which control the air channel in cooperation with the photoelectric switches.
