自动实罐卸笼机

本机型主要应用于对各种马口铁饮料罐、各种罐头及二次灭菌的塑料瓶饮料等在杀菌后进行自动卸笼作业，将堆栈于杀菌笼(篮)里的实罐，由上而下一层一层的推至网式输送机上，再藉由输送机传送至喷洗、烘干、打码、包装等，整个卸笼过程隔层板自动取板，自动卸罐，自动上升、空笼自动停止卸罐,取代人工卸笼方式，节省人力,大大提高生产效率。

完善的配置机构

1. 隔层板(耐高温塑料隔板)自动吸板取出机构

卸笼前利用真空吸盘对隔层板自动吸板取出，再由隔层传送机构平稳移至隔板迭板笼筐,再送至装笼待用

2. 卸笼定位装置

利用液压站和气缸组合及通过微动开关组成的定位装置，感测杀菌笼进入卸笼室主机升降台的正确位置，自动完成每层实罐卸笼后下一层提升的准确定位 。

3. 主机卸笼液压升降台

卸笼升降台是将杀菌笼底托及隔层板升送至卸罐高度并自动准确定位,继而进行第一层实罐卸笼,当卸完一层实罐后，再将罐层上升置于第二层卸罐高度并连续循环进行下一层卸罐,直至卸空整个杀菌笼；由液压升降系统装置配以PLC可编程控器自动控制所有上升下降等的动作

4. 卸笼推罐卸出装置

利用履带式卸罐装置，将整层实罐平稳送至网式输送机(网链收罐平台)，并自动回归至准备位置，继续循环下一层推送动作,直至完成整笼卸罐；全部动作定位由行程开关、光电开关、PLC可编程器计算机自动控制,推送平稳、准确到位,罐层出罐紧凑整齐不产生倒罐现象。

5. 出罐输送平台装置

通过网式输送机(网链输罐平台)自动送罐排罐, 传送至喷洗、烘干、打码、包装等后续工序,前后环节衔接顺畅连续主要技术参数

动力参数：3x380V 7.7kW。Automatic Filled Can Cage Unloading MachineThis machine is mainly applies to the automatic cage unloading operation after sterilization for various tinplate drink cans, tin cans and secondary sterilization plastic bottle drinks, etc. Filled can stacked on the sterilization cage(basket)shall be conveyed to the mesh belt conveyor in the top-down sequence from one layer to another, and then conveyed by the conveyor for subsequent spray washing, drying, ink jeting, packaging, etc. During the whole cage unloading process, separation pads are automatically released, unloaded, and lifted up. Empty can-unloading can be stopped automatically, which cancels the manual unloading mode, so that the manpower is highly economized and the production efficiency has been greatly improced.

Perfect Configuration

1. Separation Pad’s (high temperature-resistant plastic separation pad) Automatic Pad Extraction and Releasing Structure

Prior to the cage unloading of filled can, separation pad is automatically sucked and released by using vacuum suction disc, then filled cans are steadily conveyed by the interlayer delivery mechanism to the separation board and into the stacking cage, which will be delivered to the cage for standby application.

2. Positioning Device for Separation Pad

When entering the lifting platform of the host machine, the correct position of the separation pad can be sensed and detected with the help of the hydraulic pressure station, the cylinder set and the positioning device consisting of microswitch. After each layer of filled cans have been loaded and caged, the next layer is positioned correctly and automatically.

3. Hydraulic Pressure Lifting Platform of the Host Machine for Cage Unloading

The sterilization cage bottom tray and separation pad are lifted to the proper height for unloading with the help of can lifting platform, and locate itself at the right position automatically for the first layer of unloading of filled cans. After one layer of filled cans being unloaded, the lifting platform descends to the height for unloading cans in the second layer and repeats the next layer of unloading until the completion of the whole caging process. All up and down lifting actions are automatically controlled by the hydraulic pressure lifting system and the PLC programmable controller.

4. Can-pushing Discharge Device for Cage Unloading

The solid cans on the whole layer are conveyed to the mesh conveyor (Mesh Chain Can Retraction Platform) by the crawler can unloading device which will return to the preparation position to keep the circulation for the next pushing on the layer, until it is to finish all cans unloading. All movement positioning are managed by the travel switch, photoelectric switch, PLC programmable computer automatically, realizing the steady conveying, the accurate place and the compact cans withdrawal among can layers without cans tumbling.

5. Conveying Platform Device for Can Withdrawal

The cans can be conveyed to conduct the spray washing, drying, coding, package and others subsequent processing by the mesh conveyor (mesh chain can-conveying platform), reaching the smooth and continuous linkage between preceding-link and following-link.
