3. Working procedure and structure

The calorifier shall be connected with fresh water pressure tank. Supply fresh water to the calorifier , after the fresh water is heated until it can be used. The temperature in the calorifier is to be controlled by temperature controller. When the temperature is lower than 45℃, the power will be switched on, the electric heater becomes to heat. When the temperature rises to 85℃, the power will be switched off. When the water is reduced to lower than control range of the level relay, the power will be switched off automatically, to ensure the electric heater coil safety. On the tank there also has a safety valve, to protect the tank works safety.

4.Working procedure and operation for electric control

4.1 Turn on power switch, the power indicator lights

4.2 Manual control

When the level in the tank is higher than setting value, Set the elector switch on MANUAL, the relative heater will heat, and the working indicator light, the heater will not stop until the temperature in the tank reaches the setting value

85℃, set the elector switch on STOP. The heater can stop heating at any time manually.

4.3 Automatical control

When the level in the tank is higher than setting value, set the elector switch on AUTO. When the water temperature is lower than setting 45℃, the heater will work and the power indicators light, the heater will not stop until the water temperature reaches the setting value 85℃. Like this the water temperature in the tank can in the range of 45℃to 85℃.

4.4 When the level in the tank is lover than lower controller’s setting value, the

heater will stop heating automatically, and the indicator will alarm.

4.5 In the control box, except high-temperature protection and level protection,

it also has creepage breaker.

5.Installation & maintain

5.1Connect the cold water inlet pipe, hot water outlet pipe and returning water

inlet according to the pipeline arrangement drawing, and then check the pressure

gauge, safety valve, thermometer and drain valve, etc.

5.2The scale or carbon in the pipes if found during the heater’s service course, it

should be cleaned in order to avoid the harmful effect on useful life or efficiency. If

the heater is out of use for a long time, the cold installation resistance will be less

than 1MΩ, then it can be toasted at 200℃in the oven until the resistance returns to

normal.

5.3 When examine and repair the heater, clean the interior surface, wash it by brush. And change the wearing parts which are damaged.
