清洗分为三段第一段为热碱水，第二段为热清水，第三段为自来水。三段喷淋水除第三段自来水外都有独立循环过滤水箱，第三段自来水作为补充水回收至第二段水箱加热使用过后部分污水被自动排出。第二水箱内设有蒸汽加热管，温度从常温至100°C自由设定、自动恒温。

第一段水泵功率0.75KW，第二段水泵功率4.5KW，第三段水泵功率1.5KW，输送带电机。功率0.75KW，输送速度3-15m/min可调。清洗室两侧为活动防水门，两头进去筐口采用软门帘密闭防水，方便随时清洗检修设备。设备电控箱为不锈钢制作，所有动力集中控制。

机器的长度根据客户的需求定做，我们建议的最短长度为3米，如果太短洗涤效果会受影响，

该产品主要由输入、预洗、主清洗、漂洗、及输出部分组成；
