泰国德岛渔具成立于1995年8月,总部地址位于泰国曼谷挽加碧,华目,南坩杏24巷76号；是一家集设计、开发、生产、销售的专业渔具公司。年生产能力达到300万台；公司旗下拥有品牌“TOKUSHIMA”、“锋锐”。2005年2月登陆中国市场后,至目前己拥有68套系列360多个机种；凭借专业、及时的售后服务与不断完善的产品工艺及质量，顾客满意率和产品销量一直位居国内同行前列，同时产品也远销至欧美、中东等国家和地区。

2002年，在中国香港注册了泰国德岛渔具(香港)有限公司，依托总公司，以行销为主；同年在中国内地选址筹划生产工厂，2009年1月正式迁入东莞市塘厦镇。中国生产工厂的建成，有效的解决了本土化问题，使产品需求更贴切市场；从而也结束了TOKUSHIMA单一由泰国生产的局面，为公司长远发展的战略目标打下了牢固基础。
