The Suctioning System models EFZ-2 and EFZ-2R have been designed for purpose of controlling air pollution in industrial processes and also have purpose of conveying loose material together with air. Our model EFZ-2 comprises of radial, centrifugal fan, cyclone with a surround inlet of high efficiency, viewer and air lock (rotary valve). In rice processing it has the purpose of extracting and collecting rice bran produced in the whitening and / or polishing section.

In plants sections where rice husks are produced, the most appropriate is our reinforced model EFZ-2R, which is abrasion resistant. This model comprises of a radial, centrifugal fan cyclone with surround inlet Of high efficiency, expansion cone, and rotary valve (air lock).

The efficiency of the cyclones (technically known as centrifugal collectors) in the separation depends upon the size of particles being sucked, i.e., the bigger the particles, the higher the separation efficiency.
