AWI系列转子绝缘槽楔自动插入机 插片

AWI系列转子绝缘槽楔自动插入机主要用于将各种材质的绝缘槽楔准确而快速地插入微特电机转子的线槽内。

该机通过四连杆传动机构，带动压红轮的单向摆动，从而控制水平进楔和插楔运动，同时带动垂直切纸和分度运动。保证绝缘楔准确而快速地插入线槽内。气动机械爪可将排列放置的工件自动送入工作位置及将插好的工件卸下料道。该机具有插楔速度快、定位精确、生产效率高等特点。

整机采用PLC控制，人-机界而快捷实用，操作简单方便，动作协调可靠。性能稳定可靠，生产效率高。

铝合金机架美观大方，符合人体工学原理。

可配置上料机械手和输送机组成转子自动线。

The machine is designed to insert insulating sheets in different materials into the slots of an armature.

With the help of a four-rod mechanism,and the vertical paper cutting and indexing movement is also driven.Thus the insulating paper is inserted into the slots lf an armature preciously and efficiently.The pneumatic robot can load the armature into the working position and unload it automatically.The machine can work efficiently and stably in a high speed. Controlled by a PLC,the machine possesses a stably reliable peration in high effecency.With the help a favorable person-to-M/C interface,it provides an easy and convenient regultion.

Aluminrm alloy strucrure shield gives a beautiful and generous appearance in line of the man-machine principle.

Loading munipulator and conveyer are available to compose the armature automatic line.
