The vineyard is handed down from generation to generation, this, since more than five hundreds years.« The earth produces wine, men make it » ; it’s like this that each generation passed its knowledge and experience down. The present owners have renovated and extended the cellars which are ones of the most modern cellars of the surroundings, melting practicality and esthetics.

ASSOCIATED DISHES佐餐
CHATEAU TOUR VALADE willgo perfectly well with all red meats, grilled and roasted, as well as with poultry, lamprey and flap-mushrooms prepared in the Bordeaux manner. Also cooked flesh cheeses and red fruit. The bottle should be opened about one hour before serving at between 16 and 18°C. Can be laid down for two to three years, the wine will improve and become more round and mature.
CHATEAU TOUR VALADE适合搭配红肉,烤肉,家禽,七腮鳗,波尔多蘑菇,或者鱼肉,奶酪,及红色浆果。饮用前1小时醒酒,饮用温度16到18°窖藏2到3年后饮用,酒会更加圆润饱满。
