一、金刚石刀具（ND、PCD、PCBN）

公司引进瑞士、英国、台湾等先进技术和刃磨设备，采用南非天然钻石原料；美国GE公司和英国DEBEERS公司生产的各种超硬材料；产品广泛应用于铝制品高光、手机配件、钟表配件、金银首饰、光学零部件、偏光片修边、马达零部件、军工、汽车配件、印刷线路板等精密和超精密加工行业。

ND、PCD、PCBN适用的工件材料如：铝合金/硅、铜合金、合金钢、模具钢、灰口铸铁、A1、A1-Si；汽车缸盖、缸体、连杆、变速器壳体/零件、汽缸套、活塞、铝轮毂；电机行业偏光片修边（PET）、聚乙烯纤维线路板复合材料、玻璃纤维、碳纤维、陶瓷等

ND、PCD、PCBN 具有优异的受冲击负荷，刀具磨损小，可重复修磨使用，耐用度较硬质合金提高几十至几百倍。在数控机床、组合机床及自动化生产线上愈加显示特别好的效果；可大大减少换刀次数和刀具磨损，补偿停机所花的时间，使数控机床的高效能得到更充分的发挥。广泛应用于工件的超精密加工；具有精度高、抗震力强、铣（切）削排出流畅、修磨次数多、单位刀耗低、寿命长、使用方便等特点并能保证极高的加工精度和镜面光洁度，粗糙度Ra ≤0.01um, Δ14以上。
