特征:

由于采用了特殊球面支承，简化了工件水平效对中工作，大大缩了装夹时间，提高了机械动作的效率。

将特别附件，用于各种大小圆形零件的V形铁，用于宽大平板零件的L型块以及用于蒲形零件的钳口全部组装起来后，可更有效地固定各种零件。

材料使用马氏体不锈钢Sus440(经过淬火磨削),防锈能力极佳。

Due to the thickness of work receiver which is 4.5 mm,its underside lowers form the table zero line by3.5 mm.In this case,the distance between the underside of work and the table zero will be 1.0 mm.Attention should be

pard to interference between the work receiver and the lower wire grinde.

2)When the spacer(standard attachment)is used.

Due to the thickness of spacer which is 4mm,its underside workreceiver lifts form th table zero line by 0.5mm.In this case,the distance between the

underside of work and the table zero will be 5.0 mm.Since the underside of

interference cannot be caunsed by the wire guide.
